Steve Fortin

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Steve is the 4^th of 8 children.  He attended St. Xavier High School and went on to earn BS and MBA degrees from Xavier University.  Soccer has been a life-long passion for Steve, winning the Division 1 high school state championship in 1984, named to the all-city 1^st team, and then playing four years for XU, he was co-captain his senior year.

Steve began his financial services career with Fidelity Investments in 1993, joined Lincoln Financial Advisors in 2000, serving as an investment analyst and then a Regional Director of Financial Planning until 2016 when he became owner in the practice.

Steve values integrity, intellectual curiosity, faith, and humility.  He has a passion for educating and helping people with their financial planning and ensuring their plans are implemented and managed well.

Steve is active in his parish and the Literacy Network of Greater Cincinnati, serving as a volunteer character coach for Winners Walk Tall.  Visiting two 2nd grade classrooms once a week for 15-20 minutes, true bonds develop with kids who are hungry to learn life lessons such as respect for others, responsibility, continual learning, dealing with feelings, and how to love yourself, grow and dream big.

He and wife, Amy, have 3 adult children (Emily, Ben and Sam) and reside in Eastgate.
